Erika brings 12 years of customer service and administrative assistant experience and excellent customer service expertise to the team. Her previous years working in customer service positions equipped Erika with a strong foundation to help our clients feel welcome to our practice. With distinct attention to customer satisfaction, Erika is detailed oriented, and she is a great problem solver.
